§ 8-4. Powers, duties, jurisdiction of municipal judges.

The municipal judge shall have, in addition to the powers, duties and jurisdiction as herein provided, those powers and duties provided in section 21-23-7 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, and as set forth in the charter, ordinances, and statute which include the general control over the operations of the municipal court.
