§ 7-4. Supervision of cemetery grounds and property.

The sexton shall exercise strict supervision over the grounds and property in the cemeteries, promptly prosecute all persons depredating or trespassing on the same and promptly report to the governing body all repairs needed on the fences and grounds thereof. He shall moreover do and perform all such other acts and duties as may from time to time be required of him by the governing body.
