§ 6-60. Code adopted.

There is hereby adopted by the city and declared operative therein for the purpose of establishing regulations for the, installation, alteration, and maintenance of gas piping appliances and facilities in the city and for the licensing of persons engaging in such work and issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor, the International Gas Code, 2012 Edition, of which code not less than three copies have been and now are in the offices of the city clerk, building inspector, and fire marshal of the city, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated herein and fully as if set out at length herein, and from the date hereof of the provisions thereof shall be controlling and binding within the city.
