§ 3-24. Joint airport zoning board—Created.

There is hereby created a joint airport zoning board consisting of five members, two of whom shall be appointed by majority vote of the governing body of the city from among the qualified electors of the city, and two of whom shall be appointed by majority vote of the board of supervisors of the county from among such qualified electors of the county, as the board of supervisors shall designate, and one of whom shall be elected by a majority of the four members appointed by the governing body of the city and the board of supervisors of the county. Said member elected by said four appointed members of said board shall serve as the chairman of said board.
