§ 3-22. Administration.

(a)

The building inspector is designated as the administrative agency charged with the duty of administering and enforcing the regulations herein prescribed, unless the context hereof clearly states to the contrary.

(b)

Application for permits required under section 3-32 shall be made to the building inspector and the application shall be accompanied by lot plat, building plans and specifications and any other information necessary to determine the conformity with the provisions of this article.
