§ 2-21. Time of regular meetings; calling special meetings.

There shall be held by the governing body such regular meetings as are provided for in the charter and also a regular meeting in the council chamber on the second and fourth Monday in each month at 2:00 p.m.

Special meetings may be held at the discretion of the mayor, or on call of two members of the governing body.
