§ 21-58. Same—Use regulated.
(a)
It shall be unlawful to use areas marked and designated as "loading zones" in the city for any purpose other than loading and unloading.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for service trucks servicing a store or place of business, to be parked or stopped except in space on the streets set apart by order of the governing body and designated by appropriate markings for the use of service trucks.
(c)
No passenger vehicle shall use said loading zone or service zone for a longer period of time than five minutes on any one occasion, and no motor vehicle designated as a truck as distinguished from a passenger car, shall use said loading zone or service area for a longer period of time than 15 minutes on any one occasion. The chief of police may for special reasons and on special occasions extend such time limits as the occasion may require.
