§ 1-10. Territory outside, or formerly outside, of city in separate school district.

The following territory which has previously been included in the separate school district of Yazoo City, on the petition of a majority of the resident freeholders of the territory hereinafter mentioned, shall continue to be included in said separate school district as heretofore: The N ½ of the NE ¼ of Section 5, Township 12 North, Range 2 West, and all that part of the NW¼ of Section 4, Township 12 North, Range 2 West of the Mary V. Murphy addition to Yazoo City, as shown on the plat thereof, in the town plat book No. 1, page 1, in the office of the chancery clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi, said territory lying to the south of and adjoining this municipality.
