§ 17-4. Same—Approval, etc. of acts by city and county.

The governing body of the city and/or the county board of supervisors may approve, adopt, amend and enforce the adopted proposals of the planning commission, in whole or in part, after a public hearing thereon as provided by section 17-1-15 of the Mississippi Code of 1972.
