§ 14-41. Permit—Required; display.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful to keep or operate for profit within the city any public pool or billiard room without first obtaining a permit therefor as herein provided, and without complying with all of the provisions of this article.

    (b)

    A permit to operate a public pool or billiard room, if granted or issued, shall be suitably framed by the owner and shall be posted and at all times displayed in a conspicuous place in said public pool or billiard room.
