§ 10-7. Same—Deposit required with application.

A deposit in the sum of the estimated cost of such rezoning proceedings, including the costs of publications of notices of rezoning and of the action of the governing body thereupon, shall be deposited with the city clerk with the application for rezoning or change in the zoning ordinances of the city at the time that said application or petition for a change in the rezoning ordinances is filed with the city clerk.
